When a loved one is struggling with a mental health concern, it can be challenging to keep our own sense of balance. This multi-week, online course (4 x 2 hours), and will help caregivers build resilience, connection, and hope. This online course is offered via Zoom and run by 2 trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience with supporting a loved one's “recovery journey”.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to uncertainty during challenging times. However, too much anxiety can take a toll on our daily lives and overall well-being. In this one-hour online course, we will discuss general information about anxiety, how to identify and manage it, and the body’s stress response and skills for calming the body. We will also look at helpful coping strategies through self-reflection and self-awareness. This course is run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived- experience with anxiety.
