Confront the Discomfort (Bite Size 1 Hour – Online)

In this two-hour online course, we will discuss general information about anxiety, how to identify and manage it, and the body’s stress response and skills for calming the body.

We will reflect on the effects of worry, and the stress and emotional activators that contribute to anxiety during stressful times or a crisis. We will also look at helpful coping strategies through self-reflection and self-awareness.
