Finding Your Balance Online
OnlineWhen a loved one is struggling with a mental health concern, it can be challenging to keep our own sense of balance. This multi-week, online course (4 x 2 hours), and will help caregivers build resilience, connection, and hope. This online course is offered via Zoom and run by 2 trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience with supporting a loved one's “recovery journey”.
