Confront the Discomfort Online


Anxiety is a normal reaction to uncertainty during challenging times. However, too much anxiety can take a toll on our daily lives and overall well-being. In this one-hour online course, we will discuss general information about anxiety, how to identify and manage it, and the body’s stress response and skills for calming the body. We will also look at helpful coping strategies through self-reflection and self-awareness. This course is run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived- experience with anxiety.
