CMHA Recovery College Edmonton & Spruce Grove FCSS present: Building Your Toolbelt: Caring for Others and Yourself (3 x 2 hr.)

When supporting a loved one with their mental health, it’s common to feel confused, overwhelmed, and exhausted. This course will teach you how to improve your communication skills, develop a plan to preserve your energy, and improve your ability to set effective boundaries. This in-person course is aimed at caregivers and is run by two trained facilitators, one with lived experience with a mental illness or substance use disorder and will take place at the Spruce Grove Public Library located at: 35 Fifth Avenue, Spruce Grove,  on the following dates from 10 AM – Noon.
