Shades of Self Disclosure (Full)

Learning how much to share, when to share, and who to share your story with can be tricky. This course will cover how to safely, and appropriately, share information about your mental health. This is a two-part (2 X 2 hours) online course offered via Zoom. It is run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience.
