Maintaining Mental Health During Covid (ADULT 18+): Full course online

Since the arrival of Covid, we’ve all experienced changes and challenges. How much of what you feel is because of Covid related stress, and how much is part of life? This online course will be offered over 3 weeks (3 X 1-hour sessions). We’ll talk about managing anxiety, practicing boundaries, and developing healthy habits and routine. This course is aimed at adults, 18 + years old and is run by two trained facilitators, one with lived experience with a mental illness or substance use disorder.
