Finding Your Balance
When a loved one is struggling with a mental health concern, it can be challenging to keep our own sense of balance. This multi-week, online course (8 X 1 hour) and will help caregivers build resilience, connection, and hope. This online course is offered on Zoom and run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has a lived experience of supporting a loved one’s recovery journey.
