Everyday Confidence: Self-confidence is all about trusting in ourselves and believing in our own abilities. It can be very helpful in helping us to prepare for the experiences and situations we encounter. Confidence can help propel us forward with people and opportunities that present themselves in our lives. But what happens when that confidence is not there? The good news is that confidence is a skill and can be learned and practiced. It can grow with us as we progress through our life journeys.
In this course we will learn to grow and develop our own self-confidence in a safe and confidential peer environment.
The course runs once a week for 6 weeks on Tuesday afternoons, for 2 hours, July 12- August 16 (2-4 PM), in-person or online.
