Confront The Discomfort: Bite sized online

In this two-hour interactive online course, we will explore how to identify and manage anxiety. We will share skills and approaches to help us better understand and cope with anxiety. All classes are delivered via video conferencing and run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience with anxiety.
