Adulting 101 (Youth 16-25 yrs.): Full Course Online
Growing up is hard to do! This online course (delivered via Zoom) will be offered over 4 weeks (4 X 1.25 hr. sessions). This will be a safe place to learn about things like relationships, money management, self-care, and other aspects of being a happy, healthy adult. This course is aimed at 16-25 years old, and is run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience.
