Fort SK Multicultural Association & CMHA Edmonton Recovery College: Adulting 101

The Fort SK Multicultural Association and CMHA Recovery College Edmonton present Adulting 101: Growing up is hard to do!  This course will be offered over 5 weeks (5 X 1-hour sessions). This will be a safe place to learn about things like relationships, money management, self-care, and other aspects of being a happy, healthy adult. This course is aimed at youth and is run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience.
