Road to Recovery: Full course online

The road to recovery is not a straight line and it’s not something we can do on our own. Each person’s recovery journey is unique, but we can share some tools to add to your toolbox to help. This multi-week online course (4 X 2-hours) will be run by two trained facilitators, one of whom has lived experience with mental illness or substance use.
