Changing Negative Thoughts to Positive Thoughts: We all experience negative thoughts from time to time. It’s a normal part of our lives. In this course we will explore different strategies and tools to catch and change our negative thoughts by learning to understand our thoughts and feelings, in a safe and confidential peer environment. The course runs once a week for 4 weeks on Monday afternoons, for 1.5 hours, June 6, 13, 20, 27 (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM), in-person or online.
