Art of Friendship
Healthy relationships are key to our well-being. This multi-week, online course (8 X 1 Hour) focuses on how to build and maintain healthy friendships. Each week, we will explore a new topic, such as communication, conflict, values, trust, commitment and more. Two trained facilitators run the course, one of whom has a lived experience.
